Cake Collection or Delivery Disclaimer
I ask that all customer complete a disclaimer form upon collection/delivery of cake. This disclaimer will ensure that you are happy with your order and that the cake has been delivered or collected in perfect condition. No responsibility can be taken by panda cupcakes for any subsequent damage once the cake has been handed over to the customer or venue.

Storage and Set Up
Decorated cake should be stored in a box in a cool room away from moisture, out of direct sunlight and spotlight.
Transporting your cake
If you are transporting the cake by yourself, place it on the floorboard of the vehicle and not on the seat. Do make sure your vehicle is cool. Drive with extreme caution and never leave a cake unattended in a stationary vehicle, cake will melt from the heat.
Shelf life
Cakes should ideally be consumed within 7 days.
Cutting
Use a long sharp bladed serrated saw knife. Use a damp cloth to clean and moisten the blade between each cut – this will stop he knife dragging on the cake crumbs and make sure to cut all the way to the base board.
Non-edibles
The cake may include non-edible decorations (support rod/dowelling) which must be removed before the cake is cut and served

ALLERGEN INFORMATION
I make every attempt to identify any allergies at the booking process of your cake order however there is always a risk of cross- contamination.
There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation or substitute at any time, without notice.
Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. We cannot absolutely guarantee the absence of cross contamination with our baked goods, for people who have allergies.
In my kitchen I bake a wide variety of cakes using dairy, nuts, gluten, and fruits. The kitchen is deep cleaned in between each order and those cakes that need to be free from allergens such as dairy, gluten etc are baked first or on a separate day to other cakes to minimise the risk of cross contamination.

Other information
Raspberry and White Chocolate cake contains fresh raspberries and White Chocolate.
Orange and Lemon Cakes will contain fresh Orange and/or Lemon Zest and juice.
We use seedless strawberry jam with vanilla cakes.
